Our Methodology

1. Identify the need for the training

We start from identifying the ‘void’ or ‘problem’. We support you in defining the problem through a training need analysis that involves assessment centres for audience representative groups. In simple terms it means, we begin by identifying the gap between ‘the expected performance level’ and ‘the current/prevailing level of performance’. This helps assess the existing competencies and their level. The data gathered in this phase is a crucial input for our next phase.

2. Design a Solution

After analysing the information, we gather in the first phase, we propose a solution design to address the problem to ‘fill in the gaps’. Our solutions take into account the organization’s culture, audience’s learning abilities and the business needs in addition to the requirements. We customize them for each client so that they complement the processes and business operations. In an endeavour to augment the benefits of our intervention and services to our clients, we also flag any process changes required for a holistic solution as we believe in wholesome benefits for the clients and not merely symptomatic fixes.

3. Implementation

You have then proposed the appropriate solution in terms of ‘solution design’. This includes the solution placed in a well-crafted order of steps; identifying the skills to be acquired, the programs (web based and instructor led) that help lend the knowledge and skills designing these programs and diligently delivering them. Every stage is of course in the backdrop of cementing learning in a precise way leading to the final; visible, feelable and more than anything, ‘evident results’.

4. Evaluation

Feedback is the best result. Our designs include the critical phase of evaluating the training effectiveness through various processes and tools. This stage gives us the valuable inputs for continuous improvement. It gives you the measure or the indication of returns on your investment in the training intervention. Long-term evaluation though is a process that goes beyond the training hours and we are always well connected with you for further changes, retraining and updating or ramp up training.
